I destroyed my own life in 2001, I have worked hard to get my life back, I am trying so hard but The IRS will not help and I know they are not in the business of forgiving. But do you think they would work with me to at least get rid of the interest and penalties. I am currently working on filing a amended return, I have a church member helping me with that. Does anyone have any tips on ways of dealing with the IRS. Or clues as to what I might be able to negotiate with them.. I do not have any extra money. Just like most people, I can hardly keep my head above water.A second job is not an option, I had cervicle surgery on 10/07 and am due to have lumbar surgery when my neck heals.. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck!! The IRS is worse then the Mafia , CIA , FBI , KGB combined!! They have card blanc to pretty much ignore all your rights!!

Well advertised on TV, there are ways to make amends with IRS. The ads are very prevalent now.
They'll forgive about 90% of your "mistake(s)".
Just trust 'em…(tongue in cheek).
